Become a Member

Children between the ages of 4*-18 are eligible for membership.

Membership is $40 for each child to become a member for 1 year.**

Bring the completed forms with you when you register to become a member of the

Clinton County Boys & Girls Club.

*4 year old children must be currently enrolled in an all-day Pre-School programto qualify for membership at the Club.

 **If paying in full is a problem, feel free to speak to Briget or Susie at the Front Counter about payment options.

  Payments can be made weekly until the membership fee is paid.

Children are allowed to attend while their membership fee is being paid.
